Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping pricing is based upon Australia Post Parcel Post shipping to addresses in Australia, New Zealand and USA. Please email us at sales@adventuresafety.com.au if you'd like a quote for shipping outside of Australia.
When can i expect my order? Items from the following brands usually ship next day: Harken, Spinlock, Wichard, KTI, and Ocean Signals.
Items from IceBreaker, Plastimo, Crewsaver, RFD, Navisafe and Ronstan ship within the week and can be expected to be received within 12 days.
Items from all other brands will ship as soon as possible - please contact us prior to ordering if your order is time critical.
Tracking Number Once your order changes to the status of 'shipped', you will receive an email confirmation that contains tracking details. In most cases, a tracking number will be held on your account, but if not please contact us. Note that there is often a 24 hour delay between shipping your order and updating our systems. Availability While we do our best to ensure the immediate availability of all items on our site, there may be occasions when a delay is experienced. |
Notifications What happens now?
You should receive an order notification within the next few hours. If not please check your email spam filter settings before contacting us. Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder. How will i know when my goods are dispatched? Our notification system will keep you up to date every step of the way. What if my goods take longer then expected? If your goods are not supplied within the allowed time we will automatically contact the supplier and let you know the expected ETA. This rarely happens, but we will always do our best to deliver you your items as soon as we can. What if my credit card fails? You will be notifed. The most common reason for credit cards failing is the expiry date incorrectly entered. If you have made several attempts without success, please contact us and we will try out best to assist you. |
Express Shipping

Order Arriving in Several Shipments
Occasionally we will get your order shipped from several warehouses to minimise time and get the goods to you as fast as possible. If this is the case with your order, you will be notified by a member of sales. If you have not been notified and not all of your goods arrive in the shipment, contact sales@adventuresafety.com.au who will confirm when the other components are still coming.
Returns Policy
Where you need to return the goods as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will refund your purchase price plus the cost of shipping the goods to us. We will make this payment immediately upon receipt of the goods.
We understand that shopping online often carries the risk that you don't like the item when it arrives, it doesn't fit or is not what you expected. In this situation, you may return the items in a re-saleable condition with original packaging within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full store credit - you pay the return shipping costs, and we will provide a replacement item at our cost (*note this does not apply to items under a certain price range. Contact us for details). If you'd like a cash refund, we apply a nominal $25 re-stocking fee before making the refund to your card or account.
Be sure to Email us at sales@adventuresafety.com.au for return shipping details and include the original packaging with your items.
Returns Instructions
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our experience is that this service works reasonably well between capital cities but is less accurate, due to infrequent updates, when items are shipped regionally or via air to Western Australia.

Fast, efficient service so you need to be home, or at the office to accept delivery. Most of their drivers are contracted and work on a sharp "time is money" principle. If you get a card from them saying they missed you - respond fast!
