Bought an EPIRB from Ryan and Joe at Adventure Safety. It was complicated, due to our being in Sicily at the time, but the guys were super helpful and communicated well throughout the whole process, which wasn't without its challenges with the Italian customs & postal service. The EPIRB arrived exactly as ordered. Very happy with the level of customer support.

Ryan cares deeply about customer satisfaction. I only had a small order and an enquiry about a part he didn't stock; the order was fulfilled promptly but his response to the enquiry was above and beyond vendor's normal obligations. He has found the parts I need, gave me a reasonable price and is offering to order them in. This business deserves outstanding success.

Hi, I could not see the link to review. However, this is the first time I have ordered an item from you and I am full of praise. I was getting the standing rigging on my boat replaced, and at the last minute realised some replacement self locking shackles were required, which were not available locally. I did not want to delay the person doing the rigging, and you were able to provide the items required at very short notice. Very impressed with your prompt response to inquiries and quick shipping. I cannot recommend Adventure Safety enough. I put through an order for my wet weather gear on Monday night and had it by Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, one item was a little on the large side so I emailed them asking for a return and received quite possibly the best customer service I ever have received! Sarah was absolutely delightful and accommodating. She arranged for a smaller size to be sent out to me and I had it within two days in time for a regatta that I was sailing in. She even arranged for a post pack to be sent to me for the return so that I was not out of pocket. I will definitely be buying from you again! Thank you!
