Our shipping pricing is based upon shipping to addresses in Australia. Please drop us a line if you'd like a quote for shipping outside of Australia.
For purchases greater than $400, shipping is free (within Australia).
When can i expect my order?
Items usually will ship within a single working day though some items can longer. If you are concerned about the delivery timeframe, please call or email us to confirm the availability of your items and request express shipping (additional fee).

Tracking Number ? Once your order changes to the status of 'shipped' ... you will receive an email confirmation ... tracking details will be available. In mosty cases, a tracking number will be held on your account, but if not please contact us.
While we do our best to ensure the immediate availability of all items on our site, there may be occasions when a delay is experienced. All goods in stock will be dispatched within a few working days. We will make every effort to advise you if any goods will take longer than 5 working days to dispatch.

How will i know when my goods are dispatched?

What if my goods take longer then expected?
If your goods are not supplied within the allowed time we will automatically contact the supplier and let you know the expected eta. Rarely happens
What if my credit card fails?
You will be notifed. The most common reason for credit cards failing is the expiry date incorrectly entered.
This service is only available for the following brands: Spinlock, Zhik, Burke, Harken, and Henri Lloyd. If you select this shipping option for products where it is not available, please contact us for a refund of your additional shipping charge.
Where you need to return the goods as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will refund your purchase price plust the cost of shipping the goods to us. We will make this payment immediately upon receipt of the goods.
We understand that shopping online often carries the risk that you don't like the item when it arrives, it doesn't fit or is not what you expected. In this situation, you may return the items in a re-saleable condition with original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full store credit - you pay the return shipping costs, and we will provide a replacement item at our cost. If you'd like a cash refund, we apply a nominal $25 re-stocking fee before making the refund to your card or account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our experience is that this service works reasonably well between capital cities but is less accurate, due to infrequent updates, when items are shipped regionally or via air to Western Australia.
